Q) Where is your company located?
A) We are located in Fayette County, TN. We currently do not have a store front because we wanted to keep our overhead as low as possible to deliver the best prices as possible. We feel this decision has benefited our customers as well as our company.

Q) If your company doesn't have a store front then how does it conduct business?
A) To save our customers time and money we are able to bring a laptop to their store front and design the product he or she needs in front of them; however, with individuals who don't own businesses we can either conduct business through e-mails and phone conversations or meet them at a local coffee shop.

Q) What file types does your company prefer?

Q) How do I apply the decal I ordered from you?
A) First clean and dry the area you intend on applying the decal to. Peel the tape off that holds the decal in place and the decal should stick to the tape. Carefully apply the decal to the surface. Use a credit card or flat object to squeegee the surface of the tape. Afterwards you can remove the tape to reveal your new decal! If your decal has any air bubbles take a needle and poke a small hole in the side of the air bubble then squeegee towards the hole.

Q) What are the standard turnaround times?
A) After an order is placed and approved, the order is usually completed within 24 hours. Business cards, Flyers, Magazines, and other paper based products generally take one week to print.
